I get a package deal in Oregon called a "sports pak" it includes

it cost $130 for residents.
I still end up buying more salmon tags $11each (1 tag 10fish) my shell fish license $6.50 and my pursuit license to run hounds is $30
few years back Oregon started requiring boat license.
