Twisted loop knot leader or the nail?

When mounting the fluorocarbon leader to your line of flight, which would you prefer? I just bought a fishing fly rod / reel combo and I would go with the nail knot, but I am rubbish in knots. The knot can be tied with only security is the uni knot, so Does anyone know a good website that explains in simple terms how to idiot-proof nail knot?
